About me
Since I was a child, I loved sports and healthy food. But as a young adult, I got a difficult diagnosis: ulcerative colitis, a chronic autoimmune disease. This changed my life and taught me that health is not only about treating symptoms, but about finding balance between body and mind.
It was a long and hard journey. I felt pain, fear, and uncertainty. I went through surgeries and many treatments. Over time, I understood that true healing comes from physical, mental, and emotional balance.
Thanks to nutrition and yoga, I was able to recover my health. Today, I live without symptoms and without medication.
I worked many years in multinational companies, sitting in front of a computer. Little by little, I understood it was not my path. I left my logistics career and decided to follow my passion: helping others live healthy and conscious lives.
I want to give you tools and knowledge so you can make good decisions for your health. I believe it is not enough to treat physical symptoms. It is also important to take care of the mind and emotions. Only then can we achieve long-term health.
Why "Bambalans"?
The name comes from two words: bamboo and balance.
When I was very sick, someone gave me a lucky bamboo. For me, bamboo means strength, flexibility, and new beginnings. It bends but does not break; it is thin but strong; it has deep roots and grows easily.
"Balance" is the harmony between body, mind, and soul. It is not a fixed state, but a path. Sometimes we lose balance, and then we find it again.
This is how "Bambalans" was born: my symbol of transformation. Today, I help others find their own balance.
