Hi! I’m Edina Csicsó, nutrition advisor, health coach,
and yoga teacher.
I believe a healthy lifestyle can be learned. I enjoy sharing practical, science-based tools and methods with you. They help your body work well and stay in balance.
Working together, you will learn how to create your own balanced diet and healthy habits. You will also learn how to manage daily stress.
For me, the body, mind, and soul are connected. If one part loses balance, it affects the other two. The holistic approach does not just look at symptoms; it looks for causes and sees the person as a whole.
My own story led me to yoga and holistic therapy. My interest in nutrition motivated me to understand how our body works.
I believe in the healing power of nature, the body, and the mind. For long-term health, it is important to live holistically and bring these habits into everyday life.
